In the third week of October, we had a mini break in Copenhagen – just the two of us.

For four whole days, we wandered around in the beautiful capital of Denmark. There are lots of things to see and explore. The restaurants and cafés are great. The many parks are ideal for slow living, just strolling around and enjoying life. The canal in Nyhavn is packed with people, in a positive way!

What a wonderful city Copenhagen is – vibrant, beautiful, friendly people, colourful, busy, lazy and shopping friendly. There are so many praising words we could use to describe this city and its people, but the overall impression we appreciate the most, is the Danish themselves! Their great ability to welcome their visitors with a large amount of humour, friendliness and politeness, is just amazing!!
